63rd Meeting of the German Data Forum (RatSWD) on the 19th and 20th of Mai 2022

The German Data Forum (RatSWD) met for its 63rd session in Berlin on 19 and 20 May 2022. The focus was on exchange and discussion of current research policy issues and the positioning of the RatSWD. In addition, it decided to voluntarily register in the public lobby register for the representation of interests vis-à-vis the German Parliament and the Federal Government. This increases the German Data Forum’s ability to act as a policy advisory body and strengthens its function in representing the interests of science. Furthermore, the RatSWD adopted its amended election regulations and appointed the election management for the 2023 election.
